Sprouted Wheat Berry Salad with Apple, Cranberry and Feta

Add some variety to your side dishes with this simple, hearty and delicious grain salad.

What You'll Need:

  • ½ cup dry Second Spring Organic Sprouted Wheat Berries
  • 1 small apple
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese


  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar

How To Make It:

  • Cook Organic Sprouted Wheat Berries according to the package directions.
  • Chop apple and pecans (or buy pre-chopped), and crumble feta.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • To assemble, toss ingredients and dressing until evenly coated and divide into two bowls. Serve warm or cold.
