Sprouted Amaranth Porridge
A wonderful alternative to oatmeal, sprouted amaranth porridge makes a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
- ¼ cup Second Spring Organic Sprouted Amaranth (dry)
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup coconut milk
Add amaranth, water and coconut milk to a pot. Bring to a vigorous boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm with desired toppings.
