Sprouted Wheat Berry Salad with Apple, Cranberry and Feta
Add some variety to your side dishes with this simple, hearty and delicious grain salad.

- ½ cup dry Second Spring Organic Sprouted Wheat Berries
- 1 small apple
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Cook Organic Sprouted Wheat Berries according to the package directions.
Chop apple and pecans (or buy pre-chopped), and crumble feta.
Whisk together dressing ingredients.
To assemble, toss ingredients and dressing until evenly coated and divide into two bowls. Serve warm or cold.
