Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Muffin Mix makes moist muffins with all your favourite pumpkin spice flavours. This wholesome mix features sprouted whole grain wheat flour and sprouted oat flour. We sprout to enhance taste, texture and digestibility, and then stone grind the whole grain, keeping all the essential nutrients intact. As always, our sprouted pumpkin muffin mix contains only real ingredients, that means no additives, artificial flavours or preservatives. Pumpkin is not just for fall anymore!

Simple instructions will have sprouted pumpkin muffins on the table in just 45 minutes. One box makes 12 muffins.

You will need: butter, pumpkin puree and an egg. Tip: make sure you’re using pure pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling, the cans often look the same! For a vegan pumpkin muffins, substitute vegan butter/margarine and a flax egg (flax powder and water).

    The most delicious pumpkin muffins you can make for yourself at home! Very simple to do and they came out so moist and soft, they were devoured in 2 days. I added a bit of a cream cheese frosting to the middle of them and they were better than any pumpkin muffin you could find around fall at a bakery. Such a nice treat to have a pumpkin muffin in the middle of spring.
