Organic Sprouted Muffin Mix features a unique sprouted whole grain blend of spelt, millet, buckwheat and flax. They’re so light, moist and irresistibly fluffy, it’s hard to believe they’re 100% whole grain. These are delicious on their own, or as the base for your favourite muffin flavour (chocolate chip, blueberry etc.).
We sprout to enhance taste, texture and digestibility, and then stone grind the whole grain, keeping all the essential nutrients intact. As always, our sprouted muffin mix contains only real ingredients, that means no additives, artificial flavours or preservatives. Simple step-by-step instructions will have sprouted muffins on the table in just 40 minutes. One box makes 12 muffins.
You will need: butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. For a vegan muffins, substitute vegan butter/margarine, non-dairy milk and a chia egg (chia powder and water).
